Total Tank Inspection
CONAM provides a comprehensive program for the inspection of aboveground storage tanks. Designed to meet API 653 requirements, CONAM capabilities include Magnetic Flux Exclusion (MFE), advanced ultrasonic systems and leak detection for floor inspection, remote ultrasonic crawlers for shell and roof inspection and trained, certified API 653 inspectors for visual inspection and documentation. Final report includes CAD documentation for condition analysis.

Automated Ultrasonic Technology (AUT)
CONAM’s AUT systems integrate microprocessor technology with nondestructive testing techniques to elevate inspection management from simple data collection to an advanced plateau of information acquisition and analysis. AUT’s high speed, precision systems can be utilized on-line at elevated temperatures to provide vital information and determine equipment condition. All systems are compact to allow for economical transport and deployment.

Heat Exchanger & Condenser Inspection
CONAM’s extensive tube inspection program is designed to prevent costly failures and unplanned downtime by employing eddy current, remote field eddy current, Internal rotary inspection systems (IRIS) and remote visual systems for rapid, accurate inspection of virtually any tubing. Advanced computerized reporting and trending permits extensive analysis of your equipment.
